1. Services Provided

We provide junk removal and dumpster rental services as described on our website or through direct booking.
Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and compliance with local disposal regulations.

2. Scheduling and Access

Customers must provide accurate service details, including service address, access instructions, and any restrictions (e.g., gated entry, parking limitations etc.)
Customers must ensure safe and legal access for our vehicles and equipment.
If access is denied or unsafe upon arrival, the service may be canceled, and fees may still apply.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the volume, weight, or type of materials collected, as well as rental terms for dumpsters.
All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional charges may apply for overweight dumpsters, extended rental periods, overflow loads, hazardous waste, or special disposal requirements.

4. Prohibited Items

Customers may not dispose of:

Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, paints, oils, fuels).
Medical waste or biohazards.
Tires, batteries, and other restricted items under local regulations.
If prohibited items are found, the customer is responsible for all related fines, cleanup, and disposal fees.

5. Dumpster Rental Terms

Standard rental periods and weight limits will be communicated at the time of booking.
Customers are responsible for the contents of the dumpster and ensuring it is not overloaded or damaged.
Dumpsters must not be moved by customers once placed.
Any damage to the dumpster caused by misuse will result in repair or replacement charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must comply with our Refund Policy, which outlines timing, credits, and non-refundable deposits.
Elite Junk Solutions LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability and Indemnification

We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, landscaping, or underground utilities resulting from dumpster placement or junk removal, unless caused by our negligence.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Junk Solutions LLC from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from improper use of our services, prohibited items, or failure to comply with these Terms.
