Refund Policy

At Elite Junk Solutions LLC, we strive to provide reliable and professional junk removal and dumpster rental services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued. By scheduling services with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Deposits and Prepayments

  • All deposits or prepayments made to secure a dumpster rental or junk removal appointment are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Deposits may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled service if notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 2).

2. Cancellations

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a credit toward future services.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service will not qualify for a refund or credit.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If Elite Junk Solutions LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, or scheduling conflicts etc.), customers may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund of any prepayments.

3. Service Issues

  • If a customer is dissatisfied with service quality, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Elite Junk Solutions LLC.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If our team arrives at the scheduled time and location and the customer is unavailable or access to the service site is denied, the customer will be charged in full. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

  • Disposal or landfill fees once waste has been transported.

  • Fuel surcharges or trip fees.

  • Overweight, overflow, or contamination fees associated with dumpster rentals.
